Our primary goal is to consistently deliver high-quality developments across multiple sites, aiming to complete 30-40 units annually, generating over £20 million in revenue each year. We plan to build £3 million worth of private residential properties for our clients in the next three years. Looking ahead to the next decade, our objective is to achieve £10 million in contracting work annually while building a portfolio of properties for us to manage.

Immersed in property from a young age, James was inspired by his father’s property deals and friends thriving in the sector. After gaining hands-on experience as a contractor on new build developments, he took the leap into development, combining his passion for creating exceptional spaces with a drive for innovation.
With over a decade of construction and development experience, James pairs industry expertise with a focus on high-quality, cost-efficient outcomes. A Business Economics graduate from Northumbria University, he uses his entrepreneurial and financial acumen to deliver tailored solutions that enhance the end-user experience and exceed expectations.

With extensive experience as a Development Manager and Chartered Architect, Rory is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He has collaborated with major developers across the UK, bringing a hands-on approach to every stage of the development process—from site sourcing and funding to concept design, planning, construction, and final handover.
With extensive experience managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, Rory excels at coordinating teams to ensure seamless delivery. His detail-oriented and technical mindset brings precision and expertise to every project.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER
James is an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in high-end residential projects and developments. His expertise in contract negotiation, procurement and forecasting ensures financial clarity and control across all project stages.
